On the first floor of the house is where you’ll find the open-plan combination kitchen and dining space, complete with elegantly minimalistic but modern furnishings, perfect for gathering a small group. The dining table space is equipped with bench-style seating, great for hosting large groups. The kitchen is compact but well designed to offer plenty of cooking space and comes equipped with all the essential tools you need for whipping up a feast.   

Occupying the other half of the second floor of the home are the bedroom and living spaces. There’s also a toilet located just behind the livingroom for convenience. The bedroom comes with generous storage space, so you can fully unpack and make this house your very own home. 

Looking up onto the second floor of the house is the living space. This space is designed mainly for lounging, but can become an additional bedroom. It’s perfect for kicking back and relaxing with a movie on the large TV. If necessary, this room can become an additional bedroom, as the sofa is a fold-out double bed. For maximum comfort, each room is outfitted with air conditioning and heating systems that you can adjust to suit your needs. 

Also situated on the second floor are the laundry, additional toilet, and bathroom, complete with complimentary toiletries, bath products, a hairdryer, and fluffy towels.
